Has anyone seen better engagement with Instagram Reels compared to regular posts lately?
Yes, there is a lot of data and real-world experience that shows Reels still generate higher engagement and wider reach than static posts (images) or carousels. However, carousels still lead in deep engagement metrics like saves, comments, and shares.

1. Do not promote grey hat and black hat products that are not allowed.

2. Do not use flagged keywords in your advert copy.

3. Do not use flagged images/videos for your advert creative.

first you have to comply with facebook policy, second you need to have clean ip clean facebook profile
third you need to have accounts with long spending history and age, bm also verify

For Facebook Ads, what’s your go-to method for reducing the risk of account bans?
Use an account that is old enough or has a high degree of imitation of real users. In terms of advertising investment, don't increase the budget too much at once. After each time it stabilizes, increase the budget by 10%-20% each time.

Use clean accounts, scale budgets slowly, keep creatives compliant to avoid bans; and yes, Reels usually outperform normal posts, but always A/B test to confirm

Honestly the safest way I’ve found is solid cloaking + clean setups. FB is way stricter these days, so relying on aged accounts alone won’t cut it. I’ve tried NoIPFraud, cloakerly and more back in the day, but none gave me consistent longevity. Been running with TrafficShield for a while now and it filters pretty tight – reviewers see whitehat, real users see the offer. As long as you keep your landing solid and don’t recycle flagged creatives, you’ll cut down the ban risk massively.

Do not use products that violate policies, should comply with Facebook policies

Follow advertising policies, use reputable accounts, create safe content, and increase your advertising budget slowly

Clean products, comply with Facebook regulations on content and images

For Facebook Ads, what’s your go-to method for reducing the risk of account bans?
  • Use Verified Business Manager – add business details, verify domain, and assign 2 admins.
  • Keep Payment Clean – use real credit/debit cards, avoid prepaid/virtual cards.
  • Warm Up Accounts – start with small budgets (engagement/video views) before scaling.
  • Follow Policy Strictly – avoid misleading claims, sensitive niches, and restricted content.
  • Avoid Suspicious Logins – use stable device/IP, don’t switch accounts often.
  • Build Trust Signals – professional page, verified domain, Pixel + Conversion API.
  • Have a Backup – maintain secondary ad account/Business Manager for emergencies.

For Facebook Ads, what’s your go-to method for reducing the risk of account bans?
I think the most obvious thing people overlook is just making less aggressive ads. Often times its not the niche that gets you banned, but more so the aggressiveness of the ad.

Study the facebook ad policy and know whats allowed and not allowed. For example, an easy and obvious trigger is showing before and after pics. You can run a clean and whitehat landing page and offer, but if you have aggro ads they will get shut down.

Vice versa, you could run a blackhat LP and offer, with a very soft ad for a long time. Most of the time it's the ad that lead to short lifespan of an account.

The safest way to reduce bans is staying policy-compliant and consistent:
  • Follow Meta Ads Policies closely (copy, images, landing pages).
  • Verify your account and business details.
  • Use a stable payment method, no sudden switches.
  • Scale spend gradually, don’t spike budgets overnight.
  • Keep ad accounts clean avoid repeated disapprovals.
It’s all about building trust and transparency with the system.
