Every time my account gets disabled. BM or an ad account 9 of 10 I will get it back. Its a lot easier than Google ads.

The most important thing is to do the warm up for your account.
This way is always works perfect with me:
- Login to the account and turn off the browser without logging out
- After 3 hours open the browser and create new page
- After 1 hours add this page to the BM
- After 3 hours add your card to the Ad account
- After 5 hours create campaign with $5 daily budget
- After 2 hours from approve your ads, you can gradually increase the budget, $5 every time

Facebook is strict with spam profile. Check notification and confirm the profile is not spam.. it will work.
 
I think your product has been banned, so I think you can file an appeal to facebook

If you don't have an old facebook account, better buy out the older ones. New accounts and cascading tricks will be waste of energy.
 
Depending on the advertising product, FB will allow it to work again or not. I recommend using an account with a spending history
 
Ad accounts often die because your ads violate policies. Or the ad account is too weak to advertise.

have you used VPS to use those two accounts. If you promote an infringing product, your account will be deactivated easily
 
Try to reach facebook and ask them whats the reason for disabled account . Thats way i dont like to put all my eggs in one basket
 
The problem may not be with your account, but with your IP address. Changing your IP address over time or using a poor proxy can cause your account to be banned. I suggest you use an anti-detection browser like morelogin after you buy a new account, create multiple IP addresses, and bind one of your purchased accounts with those IP addresses to greatly reduce the likelihood of being banned.
