Hello all, since i dont want to use my card to advertise my facebook posts i have some questions. First would i be able to pay for the ads from a fake account with a virtual credit card and the second can i pay with a card that is from another country.

what do you mean? what are called illegal purposes i want to use it for advertising crypto and gambling niche
