There is still a way to switch from prepaid to postpaid. You can still top up normally, wait 72 hours and do a few more steps and the account will automatically switch to postpaid.
 
For the hold problem, just click x on the hold notification and launch ads normally =>> hold will be gone

As you know, Wise card often has low reliability, so you should use another payment card or rent it from the providers on BHW.
 
Use boost post ads with nature images on the ad page to reactivate the feature of keeping money from Facebook, very simple.

I think it may be due to the daily spending limit, you should pay in small amounts, if the daily limit increases, the threshold will also increase. If you pay in small amounts but the spending limit does not increase, you should change to a new account, or you can contact the meta support team for assistance.

If your Facebook advertising account is disabled after using a Wise card with a hold issue, you should double-check the card information, contact Wise to confirm the issue, and then appeal directly to Facebook via the help center.
 
To solve the Wise card threshold issue, contact Wise support, verify your payment method, or try using a different payment method and reach out to Facebook support if necessary.
 
I think you should split the bill into smaller amounts and switch to another card, I did the same and it worked.
 
For hold issues, let add new payment method and create new ads with super clean content.
