Hello guys im new here
Recently I launched an ad for flooring company with help of AI and it didn't get well the ad was perfect creative and copy targeting ,i optimize it for call the company got 300 call a day from a people not interested and all the callers hang-up before even make a chat with the company secretary
So i ask expert did you face any problem like this ?

You’re targeting the wrong audience. Try searching locally and focus on people who have relevant interests.

Try different targetting or do A/B test campaign to see what strategy works well.

Try to target the right audience. Use some third party tools to get suggestions.

Bro, you should narrow down the country and the customer base you are targeting, so they will be interested in your service.
 
What is your advertising, my clients also run targeted ads and customers call them, and for each call they get money from it, they are doing very well

It could be that the goal is too broad, or the audience is not suitable. You can create a few more campaigns with different scopes and audiences to compare and make the best choice
 
If a large number of calls are not interested, you should check the campaign again > the campaign content does not match the product you are selling > customers misunderstand your product
