Facebook Ads not delivering

I was running ads for my shopify stores in december 31 to january 4, and then when I comeback a week later, the results were worse than ever, til today, my results are very bad, I already change everything that could be, but it does not change, so I talk with some friend and they are having the same problem, facebook ads its not delivering, the prices are high and only a few conversions, does anyone know whats its happening ? Does the facebook had an update ? If anyone can reply me with some help I will appreciate a lot.

Do 1 thing, no matter if it sounds weird. 1) Pause your campaign, wait for 12 to 24 hours (without fiddling with the campaign) and then unpause it and then give it another 24 to 48 hours (without fiddling with the campaign) and then see the campaign's performance for the next 2 days (without fiddling with the campaign). And :-
2) If still no improvement, then again pause the campaign (then leave it paused) and create a new campaign and see.
In my case, the point # 1 (as above), mostly fixes the issue as mentioned by you in the main post of this thread.

according to your post the content of the ad is not the problem maybe because earlier this month fb has just updated the new policy that will affect your ads so you can turn off active camps and reopen or replace that ad account bro

Thank you for your reply, I have already changed my account, still the same results, I saw the update, but there doesnt say anyhting that is helpfull, do you know about the update

Is the account / ad under review OR has it gone live in this new account ? Are the daily budget, bids properly set ? Example : If you have 3 keywords in a campaign and each is bid at US$1.00 and that campaign's daily budget is US$5, then you will see no movement in the campaign. The daily budget must provide enough of "air" for the keywords to "breathe", based on what the bids of the keywords are.

Since I started working in this, I make my ads in a way, of course I have been improving my skills at the time, but this now, its just weird, my cpm in one account is $2 and theres no conversions, in other account is like $50, and have just one conversion, I dont know what have changed in this update, but other people are saying that their ads is bad too
