Facebook Ads (messenger)

Hi,

I have a question for you because I have a problem with ads on Messenger, meaning ads that open a message. It used to work very well and you could create an ad with a message category and everything worked smoothly. Now I have a problem because when I choose the ad option for messages, no matter what budget I set or what target audience I choose, it always shows me less than 10 started conversations in the estimated results. In reality, it doesn't work because I've spent $50 and not a single click has gone through.

I tried different categories where Messenger can be used, and in the "link click" option, messages do appear, but significantly fewer than the number of clicks. For example, for 500 clicks, I only received 50 messages.

Do you have any advice, or is this just how it has to work now?

change BM or account which one is making ad on business manager?
 
It could be because your client file is not efficient

its highly advisable to use different accounts from different regions as well as ages when creating this type of ad, plus how engaging is your ads with regards to your audience?
 
Account issue mate. Talk to FB support and seek attention. Alternatively, try similar work in different BM to check whether the situation repeats or being normal.
 
Thanks for the tip. I am currently setting up a new manager account for my business and will be checking the new account and the newly created account that will be used for advertising. However, the problem is that I run a lot of advertisements and my personal and business accounts are constantly being blocked due to violating regulations. I want to clarify that I am not violating any rules, I just connect advertising campaigns to various new Instagram accounts that buy promotions from me daily. Although we always check the images we promote for compliance with regulations, we still get banned automatically from time to time. Unfortunately, this results in our advertising accounts, personal accounts, and business accounts being frequently blocked.

I am really tired of this situation because we have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Facebook and Instagram alone, and we seem to be unable to do anything about it. I have even created accounts for my wife, grandmother, grandfather, mother, father, uncle, and cousin.

I understand your problem.
Your content may not be infringing, but creating multiple ad accounts, BMs, connecting to multiple Instagrams is a violation of facebook's community standards. You should use anti-detection browsers it will be good for you, I don't recommend this service to you but I just want to give you a solution, if your problem is not solved, don't hesitate to share individually, I will help you. Please don't mistake me for an anti-detection browser service

Do you recommend any browser?
 
You can use a new account and replace it, but it is better to use old accounts with previous spending history if you launch a black hat campaign.

You need to expand your detailed targeting to make your customer base broader. And that means your advertising bid will also decrease
 
First I think you need to set up your pixels correctly to get good results, and you can also spend more to check if the campaign is actually generating sales.
 
Maybe you should expand your customer base further by expanding your detailed targeting. Or replace it with an old acc that has a spending history, to achieve the best results.
