Hi,
I've recently started doing FB ads. So I have created my first FB ad and it got approved also. The matter of concern that it's more than 36 hours but there is no impression. Some people on FB community guided to increase bid price above that suggested by FB. I did that but then also there is no impressions. I contacted FB ads support several times but got no answer.

Please someone help.

First ad will always take this long. And the second and third ad too. It will be only after some ads you will see impressions within few minutes to hours.

I had the exact same problem with my facebook ad 3 weeks ago, all I had to do was delete / pause my current campaign and create a new identical campaign and everything started to work. Goodluck

I think I have not...though going to re-check.

I know this post is over a year old, but I'm having the exact same problem.

Any solution or is it just a waiting game?

I have a big audience, moderate budget, and it's set to automatic the bid...

The only time ive had FB take longer then 15 minutes is when my post either has too much text in the post and you get the "your ad may not be boosted" message or there is something in my ad's that will cause it to be declined. Note: i've noticed that sometimes FB still approves my ad if it has too much text and i get the warning. If the ad has something thats against FB's advertising policy's it can take a long time to get declined. My guess is there's something up with your ad and fb is waiting to decline the ad for some reason. In my experience if my ad does not get approved in 15 minutes(usually less) there is something wrong with my AD. Take a look at fb's advertising policy's.

I just deleted that campaign and created a new one... it worked.

If it's set to automatic bid... give it some time. always take a while for the first campaign to get impressions because there's a manual review
