Hello! Can please someone explain me why I got this error? I am trying to create an campaign on my business page and I want to receive leads, for this, the only way is Auction option... What I need to do? Thank you!

The error means your Call to Action (CTA) button isn't compatible with a "Leads" campaign objective.
 
Sounds like a setup mismatch sometimes FB limits campaign types if your account isn’t fully verified or warmed up. Try checking account status or switch to a different ad objective temporarily.
 
I’m using Instant Forms. I created it directly in the campaign setup, but it still throws the error. Not sure if the form isn’t linked properly or if something else is blocking it.
 
Looks like your account might not have full access to all objectives yet.Sometimes new BMs or pages only show “Auction” until they gain more trust or spend history. Try switching to another account or BM with previous activity.Also, make sure your pixel is active and page is verified if possible.
 
Haven't you try switching to other accounts yet? If it still error, let check all again about your pixel set up, content in the ads, fb personal account (because sometime meta will limit function you can do with the ads manager).
 
You must select the Lead Generation campaign objective and auction type to run lead generation ads on Facebook.

please use the id in the verified BM and add the beneficiary
 
I had this error a while back too. What worked for me was to double check your campaign objective. Make sure you have Lead Generation selected as your objective and that bidding is enabled in your auction settings. Have you tried adjusting other settings, like audience or budget
 
It looks like your ad settings are not matching You need more trust or a good spending history to work Try Switching to another account If the problem persists, check your ad settings again
 
It looks like your ad account might be limited due to verification or trust issues.Try checking your account status in Business Manager > Account Quality.
Also, make sure your payment method and identity are verified.
 
You need a verified business Fanpage if you want to use a lead form.

If you are sending visitors out (like to a landing page), choose Conversions instead of Lead Form.
 
Just use conversion objective for campaign for best results
 
The error likely means your ad account isn’t eligible for lead campaigns via Auction—check your account status, billing setup, and try switching objectives or contacting support.
 
Try creating a new campaign or changing the target. If it still doesn't work, try changing to a new account.
