The error means your Call to Action (CTA) button isn't compatible with a "Leads" campaign objective.

Haven't you try switching to other accounts yet? If it still error, let check all again about your pixel set up, content in the ads, fb personal account (because sometime meta will limit function you can do with the ads manager).

I had this error a while back too. What worked for me was to double check your campaign objective. Make sure you have Lead Generation selected as your objective and that bidding is enabled in your auction settings. Have you tried adjusting other settings, like audience or budget
