You should rent or buy advertising accounts with a spending history as an optimal option

Most likely you should be able to send an appeal unless the account remains disable without having the restriction removed by Facebook... If that's the case, renting an older Facebook account not really a bad idea as it usually comes with healthy history records, so your account will be less likely getting banned that often. The ban can't be removed, you have to get another account or rent accounts.
 
Try appealing in the account quality section. If it's still banned, try contacting Facebook support. If you can't appeal successfully, the only way is to use a new account
 
If you provide information on why you were banned, we can help more. You should have received a warning message via email or notification.

You can find an agent to rent an account or buy it, you should buy old accounts like that the account death rate is lower.

Contact the Facebook support to help you resolve the ban.
 
I really have to express my condolences because when your advertising account is limited, it means your account is completely dead. You can just use another ad account or maybe pick your account into a BM ( Business Manager), it will make your account more stable, limit your report
