Firstly, you can appeal the restriction. If it doesn't get approved, I recommend get an account from Exiscale, they have great rating on Trustpilot and Ive been using them for some time now. They are pretty quick to help me with my accounts if they get restricted.

What does it say? i mean the ban notifications. If you didn't violate any FB policy, you can make a request to appeal your account. I think that you have violated some and you didn't even know that.
