the lowest I ever got was .003 with a viral video in 3rd world country never got into those digits you need a large page that already has alot of reach Ive read this constantly, otherwise facebook ads a cap

Yeah this is true I have a carpet cleaning business and we get 33 000 views for +- $21 that works out to 0.0006 my conversion is about $15 per every $1 spent.

idk btw today for $200 buget ( $20 per day) ... the estimated reach was 180M and then becomes 200M ... my location was US.

You can easily get that with per video views or PPE if your targeting is right on. Remember, it will take about 5 days for FB to optimize the campaign.
