It's really achievable with tier 3 countries and an engaging post, there's no magic in it
Forget paying that much for tier 1 countries(US,CA,UK ... )

I tried to create an AD with these settings:

all genders, all ages

location : cameroon

interests : entertainment

daily budget : $10

duration : 1 day

estimated likes : 34-135


therefore i thought i misunderstood and checked the BOOST POST

all genders, all ages

interests : nothing specific

daily budget : $10

duration : 1 day

estimated reach : 13000 - 35000

CPM = 0.3$ at BEST.

I made something like that with "video campaign" + funny viral video...

I cut the video and put a link to viral website. Not much visits but a lot of likes

just ended a campaign in 3rd world countries and my cpm was 0,004.I think the only possible way to make 0.0004 is to have some ultra viral content,although looks almost impossible.
