Facebook Ad Payment Error

Payment failed error even though there is money left in my payment card. Does anyone know how to fix this error? Can you share a little? :weep:
Make sure your card supports international/online payments, matches your account country, and isn't flagged by Facebook. Try removing and re-adding the card or switching to another payment method like PayPal or a VCC.

Try move it into a bussiness , maybe this can fix it. But some account cannot fix. It about 60-70% succcess

What kind of error are you getting? because I have been paying for facebook ad for many years and never got an error. maybe there is a problem with your card. Try to pay with diffrent card

This issue happens more often lately — even when the card has funds.
A few things to check:
- Make sure the card supports international recurring payments (some banks auto-block FB transactions)
- Try switching to a different browser/IP/device and re-adding the card
- If the account had any policy flags or previous payment issues, that could block payment approval too
If the problem keeps repeating, using a fresh account or trusted billing method usually helps.

I think it's a Hold account. Then after a few days you don't run ads they return the money and show such a message.

According to meta's algorithm, they will take away a part of the account's deposit first, then pay the amount on the threshold. If you want to fix this error, please message the system directly and send your account ID for them to resolve.

You can try adding another payment card and pay it again, try paying at Get help options too ya. You can change to another IP and pay it again. Contact Meta support will be the last method to think.

Payment errors often stem from temporary rejections, payment type issues, or account flags. Try changing the billing address, re-adding the card, or using a different method. If issues persist, check your payment history and trust level.

Try launching any Boost post ad from the page that is connected to the account, and add a new payment card from there. Then make that card for Default payment method and come back to click Pay

FB often rejects if it detects an unreliable card or mismatched information, try using a new, more reputable card to pay.

This can happen if Facebook’s payment system flags your card or billing profile, even when funds are available. Common fixes include:
- Removing and re-adding the payment method
- Trying a different card or PayPal
- Ensuring the billing address matches exactly with the bank’s records
- Clearing outstanding balances before retrying.

I already wrote about this in another thread not long ago.
If we keep it simple, the issue usually comes down to three things: a new account, a clean setup, and a good card.

Here’s the link to the post https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/error-adding-card.1779687/post-20366801 I explained everything there in more detail.

Facebook no longer trusts this payment method, so they are: Requiring upfront payments, setting spending limits, and prohibiting postpaid services.
