facebook ad break issues 2020

Hi guys so facebook ad break is crap for me like really crap and noticed its the same for a number of other people on facebook groups am on.
how has it been for you guys and has anyone heard anything from facebook about why the rpm has dropped so much and why ads are not showing in general on facebook videos ?
