hello, i have a problem with my Facebook campaign it's active but not running

Advertise on BHW
Maybe you should wait a little longer. How long has the ad been active?
 
You should check the payment section of your advertising account, it may be held or there is no payment card. And you should check the page, maybe it has died or unpublished the page.
 
You can check the page and payment section again, if everything is normal you can message support to know the reason.

It's possible you're having payment or site issues.
First, try going to the payment manager to see if everything has been verified or if the money is enough
Second, go to the page to see if your region or country is restricted or has an age limit for viewers

I use an agency ad account
i check the page and it's running
 
Check if your page has been declined and check if there are any problems with your payment card,
If there are no problems, you should create a new stargazing camp

this is exactly what I have when I check my payment
and I don't understand the 7.9 is from where
 
You should check your budget again, making sure that your budget is still enough for your advertising campaign to continue running. Determine that your campaign is targeting the right audience and location you want. If the audience or location is incorrect, the ad may not display properly

i use it for targetting a lookalike usa audience
location USA
 
How long has the campaign been going on? Is there spending on the campaign?
 
I've had this problem in the past on more then one occasion, and surprisingly it had nothing to do with payment method or the campaign... and just started working randomly out of nowhere. You can try contacting AD support and relay the issue to them.
 
It could be because your page is limited, or your account is on hold, the campaign is new and needs time to be spent, please check everything to know the exact cause and how to fix it.
 
Maybe your budget is low, the campaign won't spend and might appear inactive even though it's technically running.
