If you have sent feedback for a while and still have no results, you should be prepared to use a new account, the possibility of getting it back is very low because your personal information has been changed.

Ah that sucks. Best move is still hitting up FB’s Help Center or the Account Recovery page. Report every weird change you notice and keep following up — they’re slow, but persistence usually pays off. Fingers crossed you get it back soon

There is this kind of deactivation unlock service but they charge a lot of money. My main account was also locked like this and I had to give up my account too.

Not so sure they can let you reinstated the acc but yo can start a fresh, ad enable more security to secure your account

If your account is hacked and a new Instagram account has been added, it's very difficult to recover it. Although it's unfortunate, I think you should use a new account.
