Dropped an email on [email protected] but no response so far.

I just saw your post about your Instagram and Facebook accounts getting suspended.
Your suspension is a bit tricky as everything is linked together and any new account created will also be suspended and taken down.
The only way you can get the suspension lifted is through a META insider / representative.

If they catch the authentic video will it be harder to get it back? I bought Via and got error 282, when I reacted it caught the video

This is a FAQ lock, related to genuine information being impersonated. You need to send multiple appeals to Meta so they can resolve it.
