You should buy old accounts with spending history because it is usually very healthy and disabled can risk you violating facebook policy

When I start growing I choose accs that are 5-12 years old. I never use fresh ones, If you don't know much about that stuff and / or don't want to waste time I would buy accs.

The best is to have 3+ rotating so in case one get blocked you can start using the other one and still have one in have you loose that too.

If you choose to buy accs make sure to only buy small amount Like 1 account to see If vendors quality match with your needs.
