No matter how much money you offer the free market, facebook is not going to re-open a closed account especially after they told you point blank the account is closed and there is no appeal. Its finished. Now focus on opening another and moving on with life.

Sorry to hear that. But you can't do anything. Facebook said that their decision is final. You won't be able to get your account back. I suggest that you just create a new account with your real name to avoid this in the future.
