Do you prefer to start off creating your accounts with a phone number or email?

It gives you both options obviously. When creating with a phone number, how often are you being required to re-verify your accounts?

i prefer to creating a accounts with it is very easy way to verify my account sometimes we dont have available with internet so phone verification is better compared to email verification..
