Facebook Account always locked

Hey,

I've been having massive problems with Facebook over the past months. I never used it for anything, but wanted to create an account to run facebook ads for my blog. I never used any blackhat methods with the accounts, didn't bot or spam/join a lot of groups etc. In fact I didn't do anything with the account, just wanted it so I could run facebook ads. I also used all of my real info.
Now the account I created got blocked after a few days for no apparent reason (I reviewed Facebook policy and couldn't find anything I had done). It prompted me to send a picture, which I did, but the account was never unlocked.
I then created 2 or 3 more facebook accounts using my real info and different emails, always the same result.

I then dropped facebook altogether for a few months and made a new account a few days ago. It has not been blocked yet, so that's good. However, I need to create a business manager account. Now whenever I go to the website to create one and fill out all the data, the "submit" button simply doesn't work. It changes color for a few seconds and that's it. Tried it on mobile and Desktop, Chrome and Firefox, with and without adblock. The result is always the same, I can't create a business manager account.

At this point I just want FaceBook to work and can not find anyone with similar problems and no way to fix them. Does anyone here know what I could do?

you need to warm up your accounts before running ads. let them age first.

Were you penalized for spam in the past? Maybe you've been blacklisted?

So I should just wait for a week or so after creating them and do nothing before starting?
When I create second accounts now they get blocked fairly quickly even if I don't post anything, happens even when using a VPN for creating them etc.

even you were waiting for 1 week its impossible as you are blacklisted in facebook theres no way to do things back to normal. i may suggest get old account and warm it up. maybe 1month or so. and then go what you need to do. i can not suggest anymore about doing blackhat ads . but this trick working in whitehat ads with few trick if its got few blackhat ads.

am also doing cloaking , its going good for me. you need warm up your accounts at least 1 month with good proxies.
