um? stop at 15k cause it will damage an account? no offense -- bullshit.
it depends on 1 how good your er is for that account 2- how good your sources are and 3. what niche you are in.
All of these are fueled by one thing -- content. Content is the key
With good content, you will grow without it -- nothing will help
I stopped last September botting one account at 88k with er at 8 % -- now it is at 115k growing organically.
another one I stopped at 102k and it grows -- 111k now
F/U is a growth method -- not suicide for an account. Ideally you want to stop f/u when it can grow on its own. This does not have a magical number such as x amount --
it depends on the account itself. Some can stop at 10k and grow, others need more -- a case by case basis for each account.
Does f/u hurt a account? who cares as long as it gets growing on it's own becuase by then the fan base is big enough.

im using follow/unfollow at 70k if this helps. it still works!

If your reach is limited I don't think you can grow even if you have the best content. It's like, no one is seeing it any how. That's why people worry about improving reach and things that damage it.
