Hey guys I have a question. I made an ezine article that I am wanting to get to #1 in google. The keyword I am trying to compete for is "buy pepper spray" one of my products. Anyone have a good PDF or info on how to get this to happen? Do I just build links to it or what. Should I try the linkwheel? Thanks in advance.

You could try this:
ezinearticles creates rss feeds for authors, so you could submit your ezine author feed to rss agregators.
you could aslo submit your article to social bookmarking sites as well.

You could also create squidoo pages or other web 2.0 properties and add a link to your article. Linking to your article will give it more value.
For the long term your best bet would be to add 2 links in your article you submit to ezinearticles. One to your money page and the second to a web 2.0 property in your link wheel.
