Extra $100-$150 : WHAT WOULD YOU DO ?

get some quality proxies and start building some IG accounts they could be for anything just make sure you have an idea - $150 a month could manage you 100 accounts

Domains are $10-$15 and you can get premium hosting with SiteGround for like $50 a year ($47.40 for their StartUp Plan).

No need for a premium theme, you can get the most used and popular themes from the download section here (just don´t get a nulled one).

Or, you can go with the best free themes for WordPress, OceanWP or GeneratePress.

I personally, would choose OceanWP.

Also, no need to hire a web designer or developer, you can just install Elementor and Elementor Pro (which you can also get for free here - Yeah i know BHW it´s AMAZING!).

And there are literally hundreds of premade websites designs you can download and just tweak the design as you choose.

There are also, hundreds of youtube tutorials you can follow if you don´t know your way around elementor.

This will give you like $35 to $85 left.

If you can´t write the content yourself you can always hire a writer from the marketplace here.

There are a lot of good and cheap options here and it should be enough for you to get 5 to 10 articles.

After that, i would build a social media presence.

Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, and Quora.

It is not the most fun task in the world but when you´re broke you don´t have a choice.

I would strongly focus on building an affiliate website.

It's all about the idea, and how much you want to make it work.

I've seen people investing much more than that and at the end giving up because of the no fast results.

So at the same time, money can be important but also not that important.

As I saw some suggestions, if I were you with that budget I'd start a site within a very low competitive niche.

One thing I would Like to ask and it would be great if you can present your views on it, I have been into IG, not earned anything, but yeah, I was doing it, so should I get into one more thing.. Like I don't want to jump on different things every day or other without learning anything from them. What do you say?!

There are tons of tutorials on youtube and guides from very reputable marketers that will teach you how to properly do SEO.
There are also some amazing guides here, search for them.
I am actually starting my own SEO Agency/Service over Upwork.
I took the time the last couple of years reading and learning as much as possible about it.
There just no way around it. If you don´t have the budget to hire someone to do the SEO for you then you will have to give yourself time to learn it.
To make it easy on you since learning SEO can be overwhelming since it is such a giant beast.
Trust me, i know :p:D
It is best if you break it down in parts, and start researching and learning as much as possible about it and move on to the next topic.
For instance, you can break it down like On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
And inside each, you can break it down into many other facets of SEO.
 
Start a new website and maybe find an all you can eat diner place.
 
Go to Udemy, get few courses while are on 10$ sales, learn SEO. It isn't that hard.

Instagram automatization is dead, do not recommend something, when you have no idea what are you talking about.
I think that you do need an amazing method, just stick into one, and try your best. Good luck.
