Expried Domains with high CF/TF but low backlink quant

Hi!
I have a question:
I found a few domain with CF,TF 20-30; DA,PA 10-30.
But the domain names that have very little backlink (<10 backlinks)

Should I take them?

answer to your question is no if those <10 links are from small sites. If it has links from highly authority sites like bbc, timesnow, cnn, huffingtonpost, wired, etc then go for it for sure.
 
If you can get links from sites like BBC to your PBNs that is a boost but I also like to add variety any ways. As 7th sense said if metrics are good and the links are not spammy take them.

Another idea if you don't want to use them as PBN's is to use them as a money site if they haven't been spammed.
 
CF/TF doesn't seem to be natural with very little backlinks. Do a complete check up before picking the domain.

Check the Backlink profiles, referring domains, referring IPs etc.
 
TF>20 and less then 10 backlinks seems unusual. But is easy to check each backlink. I wouldn't go unless the links are from highly authoritative domains.
 
I noticed the same thing yesterday at expireddomains.net and noticed PR3 and PR4 PA/DA 15+ each
and with only 2-5 links from good sites, but there were usually horrible domain names that might
trigger suspicion as to "blog network" footprints when thinking of a potential 25-100 domain network so
I passed, perhaps a mistake but will keep patient hopefully for the better.
 
For me that?s a good domain since the metrics are high. Maybe that 10 backlinks are from high authority sites but always check if it is spam-abused in whois, get rid of those. Domains with High TF and DA are good combination regardless of the low number of backlinks.

I will take those if I were you. Go for quality rather than quantity. Also, do check the previous history of those domains using archive.org
 
I usually like to see more backlinks. If you have less than 10 backlinks then fairly soon you are going to have none.
