I tried this yesterday and got a surprising amount of engagement but my views are down today so yeah I don't think this does anything. it did get his channel a lot of attention though, just like any time any RIGHTEOUS video about fighting back against EVIL YOUTUBE comes out. so kudos for finding a new twist on this timeless classic of the genre
 
I think it's going to get fixed in no time. Don't think it can't be exploited on the long-term.

Something similar has already happened previously and it didn't get very far
 
The community tab worked when it was possible to add a video and this was shown to many subscribers. In this way, I gave a lot of traffic to the old popular videos and they again got to the main page gaining views.
What is told in this long film is complete sht. I know a stronger glitch with which the channel is raised almost from 0. It lies on the surface in my niche, which of course I will not show.
 
i watched 20 mins just to realize you need 1000 subs to have access lol

Youtube shorts. And it only seems to work with certain niches after a new recent update. All other niches don't seem to be working as well as it once did.

But all this isn't a glitch, it is not an accident. Youtube have always been giving creators incentives to try and get people to use new features.
 
Nothing new, it happens with all new features, when they get release, the platform pushes it, IG pushed Reels, YT pushed Shorts, etc.

You need to get in early and then you can exploit it.
