Recently I encountered that many s3 URLs are ranking on the first page of Google. I also created an s3 bucket, hosted my site, and submitted it to the Google Search Console. I redirected some traffic from one of my tool websites and after a week or so, my s3 URL got indexed on Google. I was targeting very low competitive keywords but guess what, I didn't get any impressions or clicks.
First of all, lets have a look at how some people are making millions of dollars by exploiting s3. In the last 24 hours, more than 34k web pages have been indexed.

When Clicking on these links, it loads a page and after a few seconds redirects to the affiliate page or bridge page and eventually to the affiliate page. But the interesting part is all the web pages are the same, only the target keywords are changed.

When I checked the backlinks of these s3 URLs, they have more than 200k backlinks, and also may be, they are using some previously used s3 buckets(now abandoned) by some high authority websites. They are mostly targeting adults, movies download, game coin generators, and review keywords. I believe they are using some automation tool to generate 1000s of pages daily.
If something is wrong please correct me and also if you know about this technical and their indexing technique, do let us know. It will help many of us.
