Pbn is for getting you heigh in the indexing.
You can get traffic from pbn but the point is to push the website heigh.....
The traffic should come from the index website being heigh in google usally on page 1 and on line 2 or 3

Not all the expired domains will pass the link juice. If it has spam links which blocked by the Google or deindexed the page wich you want to link juice from, you will never get it as you think.

If you want link juice, you need your blogs to be indexed. An expired domain with relevant niche, decent authority and a clean link profile can pass valuable link juice to your website.

Yes, the link juice will pass when the expired domain get indexed. But before that you have to analyze the expired domains metrics and backlink profile carefully. Today's, most of the people are not considering DA and TF... they have concentrate on RD and backlink history of the domains.

1. No it does not. It might have a penalty and you won't find out until you host it. Then there is also this infamous lock that will block juice from re-registered domains unless certain conditions are met.

Not exactly. But time definitely plays a role. I'm able to get more out of the PBN overtime than I can initially.
