I plan to buy a expired domain with a traffic on my friend (250k in 3 months) If i buy this expired domain with a traffic, then i create a look a like site that on previous ones, do you think that the traffic stats are getting back to zero (0) or the traffic stats will continue?

Also how much does cost on that expired domain?

I place the domain on similarweb that's why i got the stats

Does that domain have any indexed pages in google if so how many?

What's the domain age?

How was the traffic before 3 months?

What's the values for RD, BL, DF %, and number of ranking keywords?

The domain can be good but 5 figs price is too much.

The traffic looks very good, but make sure it's real. Do your homework before investing money in the site:
- GSC&Analytics stats are the best (Ahrefs, Semrush, SimilarWeb, Moz, etc are just 3rd party tools, often far from reality).
- Analyze the niche and see how you can improve it.
- Calculate what else you must invest after you buy the site (site redesign, SEO, and so on).
