they don't drop, they just don't have any long term benefits.
You just get a short advantage, i.e rank in top 40 within 3 weeks, instead of 2 months. If you get what I mean?

BIG yes! All my money sites are expired/auctioned domains, manually revived the contents (if there's any and if it is applicable/doable), then add the money pages. I have a good provider of such domains (even have already links from forbes, telegraph, huff po, etc), but they're expensive. Return of income can be seen a lot faster than building from scratch, ranks faster, so if you have a budget take this route.
As for your question about spam, well, it is very complicated to explain. Try searching through the forum and take your time to read them. They're already there so no need for me to explain further.

I put 19 fresh contents, and did 301 redirect from old url to new url.. This site age almost 1 month now.

Not too old, only 3 years. Referring domain 33. My blog is non english and google shows only 70-90 results for every keywords. But I am not even in last.

Invest a little bit of time and money on buying really clean expired domain (find nargil and ask for good domain), and it will do wonder in ranking. i use expired domain that i scrape myself for dominating local niches, and it does wonder.
