I checked this but this is not bulk extracting tool and price is too much high.

I've just been searching here for something like this. At one point there was either a gig here or a tool that actually did all the grunt work from Wayback Machine for you. Extracted the articles, checked they weren't indexed in Google now and even spun them if required. I can't find it at all now. Pretty sure it exists. It isn;t the one linked to above. That one feels more like it's for genuine site owners or at least creators as it seems to deal in recovering complete domains. It's not a bad price if you need that - but that isn't the functionality you need for just scraping articles. $45 per domain would mean a hell of a lot of cash to scrape the dozens of domains you'd need to get a good selection of articles.
Have you tried Fiverr? It might be a gigg or someone might give away the name of the app that does the article scraping in the name of a gigg. Worth a look maybe?
