Hello experts,
I am bidding on a highly powerful expired domain ($380 is the current highest bid which is mine). This site has a massive amount of powerful content backlinks! I am not gonna leave it easily!
But I have a doubt, the domain name seems to contain a trademark. Though, as per "trademarkia" it is safe.
And the domain is not indexed in Google as well.
So my questions are:
1. Does Google de-index any site for trademark violation?
2. Is there any other way to check if this one is a trademark hit site?
3. Apart from Adsense penalty checking, what would be the other thing to check before proceeding further?
Looking forward to your guide at your convenience.
Best regards

To the best of my knowledge about your question is that, The trademark violation on Google only applies to their Ads services. Since Google Ads (formerly known as Adwords) is controlled by Google itself. In terms of organically - the original owner of the brand may file against you but it will usually take a long long process. I found a source that you may want to take a look.

Code:
http://subtractme.com/remove-a-trademark-infringement-from-google/

hope that helps.

Also as far as I know there is no way to check for adsense penalty before owning the domain.. all the websites that offers such checks are crap.
About the domain being out of the index - its depends how long stayed without website and nameservers - usually after few months is out of the index.

1. Yes it does.

2. you should use uspto.gov to check the terms trademark status.

3. Search google for your domain, "yourdomain.com" do this search and you might find some information from its past days.
