Experiences with PPCall

So recently I have been researching PPCall advertising through CJ and ShareASale after reading about it on BHW a few weeks ago, and needless to say it sounds like a cool deal if what i have been reading is true. So I guess my main point to this is, Has anyone actually had good results with PPCall? Any Tips for a new guy getting into it?

I never made a dime from it.

There always seemed to be a catch somewhere.

Example: When the caller listens to an automated message, they may have an
option to press #1, #2, #3 etc. While you may only get paid if they press #1. If
that is the case #2, #3, or etc. may sound like a better number (to them)to press.

Thats just one example in my case. There were more issues as well but it has been
a long time now and things may have changed.

I definitely have seen what you are talking about. i suppose it can't be too easy if you are getting 10-20 bucks per call.

Yeah PPcall can be pretty tricky but the more practice you get the better you become just like anything else I guess.

But definitely I would I agree there are always little annoying problems that get in the way.

I was recently promoting a psychic hotline offer that paid $80 per sale, meaning that the person calling has to buy a psychic reading of minimum 10 minutes. I got 2 sales 2 days in a row and then I should of got paid for 3 other calls as 2 of them were about an hour long and the third was 20 minutes long. But I didnt end up getting the 3 sales cuz the 3 people who called had to be new members but they had apparently already used that particular psychic hotline service.

I just lost out on a good $240 but Im going to keep at it as I honestly think its very worth it.

how do you premote ppcall?

There are a few different ways, usually people do it on websites but i just implemented a different approach using Posters in several local coffee shops 3 days ago. I pitched the calls as a fundraiser for a college student (which I am). That Buying is optional, but you will helping out my cause regardless if you talk for xx minutes.

1st day i had about 10 calls and 1 sale with about $250 in revenue.
2nd and 3rd day were about the same.

Sorta BH, but the companies i am with approve offline advertising so i don't see too much of a problem.

PPCall is good, ive gotten good results from a local newspaper
Also, posting on craigslist daily gets me calls and some converts

do you post with a HTML ad? or do you post just a written ad?

Any updates on this? I have lots of call traffic but am looking for fulfilment partners that own the psychic hotlines. Any parties in the Online Pyschic hotline business please contact me.
