Well, basically! My old PayPal has been limited due to me creating it, when I wasn't at the age of 18 however, I am now 19 and I have made a new bank account, but the problem is I am still on the address, which my original PayPal was linked with. I have recently confirmed the new bank account on the new PayPal I have created, but I can't seem to confirm my debit card, because I need to put the address that I am actually on, in order to add it otherwise it just doesn't add. Is there another way, I could do this?
Wait, what? If you called PayPal and told them that you do not live in that old address anymore, they would wipe your information on that address? o.o?you should contact paypal support. they will reset your account information, just tell them that you don't live on that old address anymore or just give them some reasons...they are very helpful so you won't have any problem. also we can't help you about stuff like that. we can only give you suggestion (s) / answer (s) to your question (s)
I swear there is a risk with VCC, isn't there?Yes, use a VCC (Virtual Credit Card).
Search the forum, there will be someone selling them.
best advice so farI can answer it based on my experience, using Paypal for almost 3 years now, was limited and limits were removed couple times, I did had a problem with my address though, So i purchased a forwarding address, you can find it online its not like paypal is going to send you anything other than a debit card, For VCC its safe to use so long you don't screw it up, You can actually get a VCC attached to your forwarding address there are a lot of providers out there, if you deal in bitcoins, E-coin is the way to go
