I've recently seen people slightly favour Zenno more than uBot so I decided why not give it a try?
I tried to make Zenno something like SB by posting on platforms. It took me 2days+ to get used to the interface and even that I'm still struggling as the manual is still the generic template (something like "Enter your product name here") with some words added on. The english is extremely hard to understand as the creators of Zenno are from Russia.
I was wondering - English is the most important language in the world, how are they going to form a market for themselves if even their main site contains multiple grammar\spelling errors? (Not to mention the program\tutorials itself)

So I decided not to be an ass and just try to learn it. Now I've tried everything that's in the books and on some sites (WP platform like SB) it doesn't detect any field although the form is pretty much the same (maybe differently tagged?) and on some it goes on to fill the forms wrongly (email on name, comments on email, etc).

I tried really hard to try to get it working correctly by quickly searching through their very limited English resources but got nothing. I then emailed their support through their site (the chatbox thingy) - no reply.

So I decided to wait until their live chat goes on. Finally, it did and I asked the person. He replied me a few words like "hi ok what u need" and then when I got into the specifics he stopped replying and eventually went offline. Talk about customer support.....

I'm now going to go to uBot - where they have a larger user count and have a large amount of next-to-perfect english tutorials and friendly, capable support. It might be a bit pricey but it's a one off fee and I believe support and communication is extremely important in any business - two aspects I believe the Zennoposter team lacks when compared to uBot.

Thus far is my experience with them. I'm seeing what other people have to say before I permanently remove Zenno and purchase a license of uBot. Thank you.

Thanks for this - I was seriously considering zennoposter as I've heard great things about it, but I would need some support in getting it set up properly, and it sounds like support is seriously lacking. Might be better for those with more experience. Do you need programming knowledge?

I vote for ZennoPoster. But I know Russian, hehehe :)

No, you don't, but you need some simple basic understanding of logic operators and whatsoever which Zenno did a very bad job in trying to explain in English. I'm pretty much a lost sheep trying to use it. Glad I didn't buy it now as I almost had earlier on.

Our guide and text on the website were edited by Canadian guy (English speaker).
Can you show me the places in the text where you found mistakes.
Already several people have written on the forums its claim to our texts. But on this question they are nothing coherent could not answer. Maybe you can.

ZennoPoster was designed to work with one site or multiple sites on the same engine without internal differences.
Ie you used the program for other purposes, trying to make a template for several different sites.
Those who have been working with ZennoPoster know how to do it, but the beginner should start with simple things to won't tell later that he could not do something and that software is bad.

If Live support does not respond, you should write there. Did you write?

You are still only going to appeal to uBot but nevertheless praises their support as it helps you a hundred years. Very suspicious ...

You claim that it is difficult to understand the program, have you tried something to ask in our forum, where there are already more than 4,500 messages from English speaking users.
At least did you register there? What is your nickname there?

Actually support was the reason why i bought ZP :)

Can you PM me the platform you were trying.. Let me try to recreate it with zenno..

Agreed, their support in english needs to be upgraded and they need a hell lot more videos but i have always been able to solve the problems either with live chat on skype or by posting on forums..

One thing i did when starting was i tried to recreate all the templates which are available in videos .. Once you get the basics .. you can do a lot of things...

My vote goes to zenno as well. I tried the demo a few months ago and uBot simply does not come close.

But I do agree this phrase doesn't make sense

"Is not it all about you?"

Yea I am still learning Zenno (I can do most straightforward templates but the advanced stuff still confuses me) but believe me it's worth it once you get over this initial hurdle.

As imserious said learning by downloading templates off the forums and other sources and reverse engineering them/seeing how they work has probably been the biggest help to me.

Also some of the members on their forums really helped me get started on using multiple regular expressions together. Check IAmTheDarkWiz Youtube channel as well for some great tutorial videos.

EDIT: Oh and just for a perspective on how powerful ZP is, there is a few users who have completely recreated Xrumer inside of ZP!

There is nothing suspicious about praising the UBot Studio support staff. It rocks.

As a contrast - for an example of a complex and powerful program (and filthy-rich idea) that was created in UBot Studio (3.5), look no further than Commission Black Ops.

UBot Studio 4.0 has even more power. FuryKyle, if you end up trying UBot Studio, let me know if you need any assistance.

I can not say anything about uBot support, because that I have not tried. I was surprised by words of FuryKyle, that he is still only going to try uBot but immediately begins to praise their support, as he would already tried.
This logical not matching is suspicious, that's all that I wanted to say about this.

OP, you must have a low IQ (no offense). Because ZP is so easy to learn.

Quit dreaming. The template in question posts to only a handful of forum sites. You must not have ever used XR

I admit, it's really hard to learn ZP. There should be more videos and better support (Often i have to ask the same question over and over again until i get an answer and that slows down the learning curve. They should answer every question in the forum without bumping threads). But it's not only the support, it are the endless possibilities you have with that software and it's hard to explain everything you can do with it.

On the other hand the software itself is awesome.

@OP:

You have to record your actions first and AFTER that do some manual modifications. ZP doesn't do every step on autopilot. The recording is to give you a foundation and in the template editor you have to do the fine tuning. Also learn how to use the "branch creator". It will open a new world to you. With it you can fine tune to find the right elements and doing the right manipulations. After that you can add it to the template editor.

I did not understand what you are trying to say at the last part of the sentence, but I opened the site and immediately found a mistake "Is not it all about you" which 1) Doesn't make sense and 2) is wrong grammar.
I'm not going to go around hunting for grammar error and incoherent English on your site because I'm not an asshole. I was just pointing out.

As I said, it was all on the same platform. Now, no where in my post did I say that "Zennoposter sucks". If you read carefully, I actually said that me and a majority of the people here can agree that it is better than uBot. I did try to find the proper guidance but have failed to do so because of the lack of support.

I've tried to contact you in two different ways already without getting an answer. Why should I try a third?

I contacted them about some questions about uBot before I go ahead and purchase and got very professional replies that I very easily understood. Now what's so "suspicious" about this?

You claim that it is difficult to understand the program, have you tried something to ask in our forum, where there are already more than 4,500 messages from English speaking users.

No, I don't believe in creating threads to answer simple questions. Are you trying to say that manuals are useless and forums is the place you should go to when you don't know something? Should I go to a forum if I don't know how to set up a TV I just bought because there wasn't a proper manual given to me?

Once again, I'm not trying to bring down your product. I respect you as professional coders and believe Zennoposter can do many things. Just because English isn't your first language doesn't make your product any less inferior than the others. I hope you understand that I'm just a very frustrated potential Zenno customer ranting here on BHW because of the lack of support and guidance I have received.

Come one people, ZP is not hard to learn. Check the Youtube channel of zp and go to the forum. You can do almost everything about registering, posting. That's quite everything one needs in SEO.

the only negatgive thing about ubot is that incapability of running multiple instances / multiple threads with different proxies at a time..this feature would make this tool really really great, i hope that the developers implement this feature soon!

Zennoposter is a fantastic tool, you can automate almost everything you can do on the web manually. I don't think it's hard to learn, it's very accessible for people who don't know anything about programming.
