Hey let me tell you how can you ignore those TM and all
* Don't copy their logo and don't imitate it too closely. Again, this one is self-explanatory.
* Put a disclaimer on your page written in fine print stating you have nothing to do with Fivverr, it's partners or associates.
* Put a "Powered By" section, so lawyers can see you are using a publicly available CMS and haven't made a half-assed replica.
* Find a real lawyer or at least go to a law forum to get some free legal advice so they won't be able to nail you over something easily available.
* Offer something different and better. This is the easiest way to stay out of trouble, and also to succeed.
