I don't think there is currently any rule that prohibits free exchanges here, but there should be a section to promote such exchanges.

For example:

• I exchange 5 reviews on Trustpilot for 5 reviews on Facebook
• Comment on my YT video and I will comment on yours
• I will create 1 logo for you and in exchange you give me an instagram account

Something like this

The only rule of the session: no money involved.

No money involved = no scammers = reduced risk and free market for newbies and people with little money

How is that different from I will sell you one beaver skin for a sack of rice?

Comes off like selling but I' love to hear your thoughts as will others because I could be 100% off base.

It's more of a barter system. Instead of using money to buy and sell, the forum should have a section to let people trade their stuff for free. I would love to see it.

I think Want to Buy/Hire a Freelancer is fine for this. Doesn't matter if your currency is magic beans, you just say "I want to buy X and I'd like Y in return." Easy wins.

BST used to stand for buy/ sell/ trade as trades were allowed.

I would love to see a currency exchange section, even for Jr VIPs only,
that will be helpful for both buyers to buy in the marketplace since not all the sellers provide every payment method,
as well as for the sellers who will be able to trade their earnings safely

I don’t think we need that, to be honest...

No matter how good it looks it might be [I get that part], we need to understand that is just adding more problems and trouble for BHW in dealing with "scammers/fakers/liars".

Free Stuff = More Scammers

I can imagine scenes where BTB or Heiko trying to solve mysteries every day between 2 exchanges.

Person "A" exchanges the TrustPilot Review with person "B" for the Fiverr Review.

Who is a liar, scammer, faker...

Yeah... I think it is not wise to spend the resources of the people who are already all over this platform on additional things.

WTB and HAF are more than enough.

I'm responding to this since it never received a closure notice back when it was posted.

Bartering currently isn't allowed on the forum at this time. We're working on actually getting that into the TOS though because it's one of those "rules" that have been around for ages, but can only be found in random mod posts.
