Hey whats up people!

Lately Im sitting (and working ofcourse) behind my pc like 16 hours a day. I often eat behind my pc too. Anyone recognize this "lifestyle"? :)

I have planned to excercise more. What do you people do to stay fit?

To be honest, there is nothing like a good old morning jog. Of course there are those fancy gym sessions, sauna, aerobics, pills or other shit but nothing beats a Morning Jog for me. Putting on your running shoes and running around the blocks or the park early in the morning keeps you not only physically but also mentally fit.

I workout, as is evident by my pic, being a fitness trainer I would advise you to go for a walk, choose a time which suits you, once you get used 2 it, try to shift your clock and get up early in the morning and go 4 a walk, once u get used 2 that, start jogging...

I started working out 6 weeks ago and look and feel great :). I jog 1 hour everyday on my treadmill, before i do my IM stuff.

I agree with you guys, I have been jogging before but lately work has been building up alot. Now is the time to exercise more, I have been getting more and more headaches etc.

Im also very bad at going to bed at fixed times. Sometimes I skip sleeping for a day. But I know consistency will take you further in the long run.

I wonder how fit everybody is here at BHW :)

Kickboxing/Muay thai, with fitness workouts and conditioning such as circuit training 4 or 5 times a week. 10 times a week when I'm training for a fight. Occasionally weights too.

Find a sport that you enjoy and do that.

Jogging is extremely boring and it's hard to keep up on a routine, especially in the morning when you are laziest.

Don't forget to post video of your next fight here:D

Actually, it's funny you say that. Yesterday I entered myself for a fight in June. I have a fund-raising page where I raise money for a charity.. and today I thought about posting it here and saying that if something like $50 gets donated by BHW, I will buy some custom-made shorts with 'BHW' embroidered on them and post the video of my fight. So basically, BHW will be my sponsor, but the money goes straight to charity. :D

@Abstroose: That sounds great, I suggest you go ahead and start a new thread for this.

I'm at the gym training jiu jitsu and muay thai 5 times a week. I have to do at least 5-15 minutes of cardio in the morning to get my brain going or I just sit and stare at the screen. Just that little bit of exercise in the morning makes a HUGE difference throughout the day.

I spend a lot of time online / on the PC but I go to gym every 2nd day or everyday sometimes, I stay approx 1 hour, run on treadmill, weight lift, etc, works fine.

Ben, could you post a link of one of those sick workouts. Curious to check it out.
