Hey whats up people!
Lately Im sitting (and working ofcourse) behind my pc like 16 hours a day. I often eat behind my pc too. Anyone recognize this "lifestyle"?
I have planned to excercise more. What do you people do to stay fit?
I workout, as is evident by my pic, being a fitness trainer I would advise you to go for a walk, choose a time which suits you, once you get used 2 it, try to shift your clock and get up early in the morning and go 4 a walk, once u get used 2 that, start jogging...
Kickboxing/Muay thai, with fitness workouts and conditioning such as circuit training 4 or 5 times a week. 10 times a week when I'm training for a fight. Occasionally weights too.
