    This is a good example of what COMPLETE meta tag data should look like for flat-file and standalone websites. I have had very good results.

    <head>
    <base href="/" />
    <title>Same Order - Of Keywords - As Meta Keyword Content</title>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1">
    <meta name="keywords" content="Same Order, As Title, Keywords">
    <meta name="description" content="Wicked Description with as many of title keywords as can be natural.">
    <meta name="googlebot" content="index, follow">
    <meta name="robots" content="index, follow">
    <meta name="Revist-After" content="7 days">
    <meta name="city" content="CITY">
    <meta name="country" content="Canada (CA)">
    <meta name="state" content="AB/ATLA">
    <meta name="postal code" content="PSTLCD">
    <meta name="subject" content="Location Of Client">
    <meta name="author" content="Red">
    <meta name="copyright" content="Ltd.">
    <meta name="geo.region" content="CA-AB">
    <meta name="geo.placename" content="Calgary, AB">
    <meta name="ICBM" content="xx.xxxxxx, -xxx.xxxxxx">
    <meta name="DC.title" content="Name Of Business/Client">
    </head>

    I agree, I used to keep templates like this so that I just had to copy the file and start on a new site.
    Looks good buddy.
