Everything is set, potential 4k$ profit within 2 months

A bit more than a year ago, i've started my own project. Since then i've been growing my social media presence through facebook (right now 31k fans), here is my website and here is the facebook page, i've been posting consistenly like twice a day & sometimes more. Now and that i have a respectful fan base, i'm ready to take it to the newt level.

I'll share everything publicly so here is the plan:

• creating unique content and building a business around it, this content will be in a form of videos that i'll be editing as i'll be providing this content, here is sample 1 and here is sample 2.
• the videos i'll be creating will be hosted in our servers (i'll tell you why in monetization part)

Monetization:

• through 720 x 90 and 350 x 300 double ads, the 720 on the top of the page and the 350 on the side, double clean ads to keep the visitor experience soft, we wont be spamming ads all over around.
• we will be selling items, the designs i'll be providing are very unique, it's mainly shirts, shoes, phones cases, cups and so on.
• the videos i'll be creting will be monetized bt adsense specifically adchoices, the videos will be in a series, so if visitor want to watch next or previous video he will have to watch a small video ad.

What's holding me back:

• when resizing the page width, the adsense ad will get crashed which is against adsense policy: must be fixed.
• help me setup a good looking shop & practical. (visitor has to create an account in my site in order to finish his purchase)
• paying the voice actor (he will read the episodes scripts) and designer (will provide the vector designs) for the 1st period of time (approx a month)

anyone who can get the above list is welcome, i pref someone +25yo with a blue name. And for the share i'll be giving a permanent 25%. We are creating a brand by providing this quality content, and around it we will be monetizing it in a smooth way, everything is ready but i just need a final push.

Remember, use your head, don't expect everything to be perfect and plan on working to be successful as almost no business opportunity just pours cash into your hands without some elbow grease.

I don't really understand what you mean. But what you could do is just test a different CPA advertiser. That is if you don't use YouTube of course.

Just a friendly advice: you may want to remove the link to your FB page. It's never a good idea to post such details publicly. You never know, FB reps can stumble upon or it can get reported by a forum member. Moreover when you out yourself like this, others can get ideas and copy you 1:1, which can kill methods.
