I had the same problem like a year ago, for weeks it used to do that, turns out it was the router's adaptor
 
I thought it was going to be one of those "I always randomly wake up and look at the time when it's 5:42 in the morning - WHY?" followed by some extreme and hilarious theories to why that is.

Every time at 4:20 PM I look at the clock, and it's 4:20 PM, and then sometimes I even light one
