• Check the previous backlinks and anchors
• Check the quality of content
• Check its design
• Check the type of hosting
• Check Page Authority, Domain authority, Spam Score, Domain Rating, URL rating, Trust flow, Citation flow

Checking is nice but what are you looking for exactly?

Always compare stats with the cost.

If you want 100+ referring domains for $2 that's most likely not going to happen.

most important to check is how many outgoing backlinks it has if its from a service.
a true PBN is only for you, so you would be better off creating your own as thats the real power behind a proper PBN that it doesnt have 100s of outgoing links to random sites.
