How did you get to this conclusion?is it going to be a lack of decentralization
I like POS , but in case you stole 100millions and you want to move it , the government can force the stacked nodes to avoid the transfer ( do not confirm the transaction ) which is not the case in PoW ( origin idea of decentralized chain of bitcoin )How did you get to this conclusion?
How can you force a node when you don't know where in the world it's connected? You can hide a PoS node easier than a PoW mining facility.I like POS , but in case you stole 100millions and you want to move it , the government can force the stacked nodes to avoid the transfer ( do not confirm the transaction ) which is not the case in PoW ( origin idea of decentralized chain of bitcoin )
Correct me if I'm wrong
Not everyone is going to be able to run nodes unless you are rich or you are a big company or you are very rich or you have lots of money. OoHow can you force a node when you don't know where in the world it's connected? You can hide a PoS node easier than a PoW mining facility.
True fact , I hope that the bitcoin whales threat is real. If they force Ethereum to be PoS I'm sure bitcoin is next , the result will be like :Real decentralization will never exist as long as we have governments
Vitalik is in governments pockets
That said, it will be the very reason Ethereum becomes one of the few remaining cryptocurrencies after regulation
Though I must say, ETH shorts have been printing lately. I wonder if they will ever release a working ETH2
So .. just like mining with expensive graphic cardsunless you are rich or you are a big company or you are very rich or you have lots of money.
