@Eternalrest its being a month that u not paid me. First time u paid me so i trusted u but this time it was big amount so u scammed me. Return my money or u will be get banned here soon.

i done some reviews for him. I gave him permalinks but he didn't replied. He hired me first time on thebot.net. m banned for some reason there.i got to know he is here as well so i made a scam thread here to get my money back. tell me which kind of screenshot i have to show? skype?

@martin12 The duties of a shit list moderator is to oversee the shit list proceedings, ingest all information with the provided proof, and attempt to bring the involved parties together in a civil manner for an amicable solution. BHW holds no direct liability for your inability to do your due diligence or mistakenly trust a a previously unknown scammer. While your money is a loss, the ban is to ensure that the user does not come back and take others money as well. If you have pursued all other avenues of contacting the person and attempting to get your money back (paypal, chargeback etc), then take the loss as a lesson and move on.

This is the reason that it is stated you should only do business with trusted sellers/marketplace thread owners.

It's not like we can go to his doorstep and demand payment. The way it works is as described by @PHPInjected.

Should the accused not respond, or not follow the results after a Mod looks at all the facts, we ban them. It's been that way for years.
