Error with 1688.com account

I didn't use the account even once, I tried to look around on google for 1688.com support but no one replied to my emails.
What could be the problem and how can I fix this?

You're really only supposed to use this site for checking the actual prices of products, so that you can use this data to begin your negotiations on Alibaba. There's no need to even create an account on this site unless you're a local.
