Error after submitted my link to social bookmarking Site

When i am trying posting my Link to some social bookmarking Site, some error appearing after submitted the story, i m not using spamming content..
The error is like this so kindly Please help me..error shown below

Your story has been discarded due to your choice of words which appear on our antispam list. Feel free to resubmit your content with alternate words and phrases if you think that your story contains legitimate content."

I encounter that issue, its ip address issue. Your ip was marked as spam due to frequent submission. Try to renew it.

No way it is not IP address block. You should try to eliminate spamming words like dating, watch movies or other words like that and you will successfully post your bookmark...

some time i was also get this type of attention..but dont worry..dating,cigarette,casinos there type of words not accept by some SB sites..so avoid these type of words.
