Hi everyone! First of all, sorry for my bad english.
I need some advice from you to help me understand if my "business" can be profitable or not in the long run. I read so much topics on BHW about adult marketing, but I can't find something similar to my case.

I own an italian adult blog about swinging, cuckolding and libertine sex (it's not a tube style site). I post erotic stories, sexuality articles and some videos (embedded), all related to my niche.
The most of the traffic comes from:
60%: "spam" on other famous erotic stories sites (I write something like "go to xxx to see more", at the end of my contents)
20%: Twitter
20%: organic search

In this moment, I have an average of 12/15k pagevisits/month. I know it's a little number for an adult site, but I'm trying to monetize it.

I tried this methods:

Ads networks:
I decided to stop hosting banners/popunders for others. In the most lucky scenario I will earn about 1-2$/month because of their CPM/CPC.
OnlyFans: I opened an OF page to post unreleased stories, NSFW original images and so on. It doesn't work at the moment, people don't seem to be interested in paying for this extra.
Crakrevenue: I started promoting many offers in several ways. Banners, widgets, review posts and so on. I also tried to integrate the offers in the erotic stories (cam and dating offers), including them in the plot. Nothing. Not a single penny. I tried top performing offers, newest one, performing in my country and so on...

According to the CR's dashboard I get about 300 total clicks/month on my links. I know it's a little number, but I've been using CR for a few months, and I only had one conversion (1$) from a SOI offer (usually I choose Revshare or PPS).

Some other useful datas:

The 90% of my users comes from Italy, the remaining 10% comes from other EU countries.
My host plan costs about 5$/month, nothing impossible to afford.
I'm working on SEO, getting better results week after week, I have to improve the number of organic search users.

Now, my questions:
- is this something profitable in the long run? I'm starting to think that because of the combo "little niche + italian users" I will never get serious money from my blog.
- Am I simply doing something wrong promoting the offers?
- Am I wasting time? Is it better to focus my energies on other businesses instead of an already dead one?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you so much.
