Information For The Accused@erdol82 - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.
The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.
Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

I contacted him to buy a Paypal account. We agreed on $450, after sending $225, he deleted our telegram conversations and blocked me.
In a country like Turkey, $225 is a huge amount of money for me. Even if I have proof, nothing will change, I was scammed.

He is not scamming on the forum; we are waiting for something before banning.
Unfortunately, you should search for this use before trading, I made this thread on June, 22nd.

I was scammed because you didn't ban him. There is a lot of evidence why do you still say no scam?

I never said no scam.
You were scammed, if that is true, because you were scammed by someone, not by the forum.
My thought by rules is, trade not in the forum will not get banned quickly. The best thing we can do is search in the forum before trade and left negative feedback to him.

I've handled thousands of these... I have a general idea as to the best way to handle things.
Plus you are violating the rules unless you have proof that there is an issue with them and you.

I contacted him via his BHW signature, as it says he sells paypal where it has his telegram account.
I asked him for a paypal account, he was willing to sell me it, I linked him this thread then he deleted chats.

He is not selling here and until this dispute is resolved, after we do all out due diligence, the thread and the content will remain live.
And, not here means he has not even been on the forum since this started.
Buying via Telegram is the #1 reason people get scammed on this forum BTW. It is not your fault by any means but I would never buy via TG.
